I was given a pair of leggings for Christmas. I wore them at the start of March for the first time. Now we’re in May & they have already worn through on one knee. I haven’t done anything to cause a hole & you can see near the small hole is an area that has also worn thinner. This is above where I would kneel on so isn’t caused by that.Regardless I wouldn’t have expected a pair of leggings that cost so much to wear out in the space of two months.These leggings are so comfy & I love wearing them but am really disappointed in the poor quality. To make matters worse it was a present so I can’t easily make a complaint myself and provide proof of purchase as I would feel embarrassed to ask the person who gifted these to me to get me proof of purchase.

Thought I’d try the socks as they had larger sizes. They’re rubbish. Despite the padding at the toe and heel my toes are sticking out through holes after about three wears. I was looking for something that might last longer but these are worse than average.Edit - I’ve added a star because the company’s response is very good. I still don’t think the product is great though. To be fair, my feet destroy most socks. That’s why I’m on the search for some that last. I had M&S ones that were too small (max size is 11) so thought trying bigger ones would help but the BAM ones gave up even quicker.

I ordered some clothing which arrived promptly and correctly - there was a size/shrinkage issue when I washed an item and they very helpfully replaced it (twice if fact) with good humour and helpfulness. Great customer service and every product I have so far purchased from them over a few years has been excellent. Great company.

The customer service was second to none. Ed, thank you for being so helpful.The delivery was speedy and the top looks perfect.The top is a present for my niece who is very into ethical issues and was keen to go for bamboo. I will definitely be purchasing from Mabboo again.

Great bamboo clothing. I’m careful where I choose to buy bamboo as I like to make sure it’s ethically sourced and good quality. This is a fantastic choice and the customer service were really helpful and provided a quick exchange when the size was too small.I find it hard to wear anything else but these beautifully soft and comfortable clothes now.

Ordered the black womens baselayer and the long active shorts. The shorts fit fantasticly well and are brilliant quality, can tell they are very well made. I ordered to big a size for the top so sent it back to exchange for a smaller size. This was received and processed extremely quickly and I recieved the replacement within a week and was kept updated throughout. Would highly recommend this company and great ethics too :)

I have had the misfortune of buying an expensive (approx. £70 full price) bamboo and merino jumper. It began pilling within hours of being worn, it began to stretch around the sleeves within days and now, after its first, careful hand wash, it has shrunk to a bizarre degree.This is simply unacceptable. Please be warned and do not make the same mistake that I did.

Great customer service as well as lovely products. I mistakenly clicked United Arab Emirates instead of UK on a Christmas present order. When my order was understandably late (post must have had fun trying to deliver to Derbyshire UAE) I rang to chase it and found out what I had done. Red face! Bamboo immediately sent out a replacement order in time for Christmas. Eventually the original order arrived and was, of course, returned. All’s well that ends well. Thanks so much.

For ecological reasons I was quite keen to invest into some proper socks that will hopefully last a long time.I have mobility issues so the last two months I've been mainly indoors wearing the socks to walk around. I do drag my feet slightly but I have laminate flooring. After 2 days I noticed patches that were almost worn through, same happened on the other pairs. I can basically throw these ones away in 2 or 3 months, the shortest lifespan of any socks I ever had. The enforced heel and front is cute but actually quite gimmicky as the sock turns itself (they are huge despite me being on the upper end of this size).Ordering and delivering were fine, didn't appreciate being email spammed until I had to unsubscribe. The idea is nice but the problem is these socks are just not very good.

After being a loyal customer for years BAM have let me down without even trying to make it right. Ordered a gift for a January birthday. They didn’t even bother to tell me for three days that what I ordered wasn’t in stock! Now I am left with no time to get an alternative gift. When they did finally let me know I’m told it’s ten days till the money is returned! They haven’t even tried to offer an alternative product or any means of apology. I sent an email asking why this was and received no reply! I shouldn’t have even been able to order an out of stock product. Other businesses when this happens would try to send an alternative or a gift voucher as an apology but I have been ignored. A real shame since I have spent a lot of money here over the past few years. Now I will go elsewhere.

Ordered a T-shirt for yoga. Arrived quickly and packaging was excellent...eco-friendly too which was good to see.

Ordered the Enduro black leggings as they claim to be non see-through. Sadly they feel quite thin material and consequently are most definitely see-through :-( Shame as they are very soft and it seems like a good company. Also the very top of the waistband has a non-elastic band around it, making it hard to pull the leggings up over the hips.
